Albert Tan Tiong Heng
Albert Tan has near 30 years of finance, M&A, tax, secretarial, legal experience, where he was CFO for both private and public companies across diverse industries. He started from Price Waterhouse, one of the Big Four International Firms and last left Deloitte as Audit Senior.
He has led in pre-IPO capital raising, debt restructuring, and transactions relating to business valuation, tax restructuring, cross border tax planning and statutory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and financial reporting under US GAAP, IFRS and SFRS. His clients include SMEs, MNCs, government agencies, public listed companies across diverse industries both locally in Singapore, ASEAN as well as China, Hong Kong, Australia, Europe and USA.
Mr Albert Tan is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), Fellow of the Certified Practising Accountant of CPA Australia, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser (Australia), Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax & GST), International Certified Valuation Specialist (ICVS) of the International Association of Certified Valuation Specialists (IACVS), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), Certified Business Valuer of the Australian Valuers Institute (AVI), Fellow of the Society of Share and Business Valuers (UK), Accredited Member (AM) of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), member of the Business Valuers Association Malaysia (BVAM) and Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) charter holder of the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore (IVAS). He is an Individual member of the Asia Pacific Institute of Experts. Besides this, he also obtained the International M&A Expert and Certified Post Merger Integration Expert credentials from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) GmbH. He holds a Masters of International Taxation, New South Wales University, MBA (Finance), Leicester University and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London.
Albert was the Director, ASA International Virtual Chapter Board (2021-2023) and is a member of the Asia Transfer Pricing subcommittee, Singapore Chapter, TEI. He obtained his Diploma in Transfer Pricing from the Association of Taxation Technicians (UK) and IBFD Advanced Professional Certificate in Transfer Pricing I.

Hafiz Imtiaz
Hafiz Imtiaz Ahmad received his Ph.D degree with a specialization in finance from University of Lille, France in 2011. He graduated with a “mention très honorable avec félicitations unanimes du jury.” His domain of research includes equity valuation specifically residual income and abnormal earnings in the context of emerging markets. Noted contributions to the academic community for research in this area have resulted in publications in competitive journals such as Comptabilité–Contrôle–Audit in France and The Value Examiner in the United States. Dr.Imtiaz served as an Assistant/Associate Professor and Director of Professional Enrichment in New York Institute of Technology (2013-2018) and presently serving as a faculty member in Higher Colleges of Technology, UAE.
Graham Antrobus
Graham Antrobus (BFP, FCA, CTA, CBV, AM, AVIA) is BVIUK's Head of Educational Resources and Partners' Assistant at Bruce Sutherland &Co. Graham is an experienced business valuer, with particular interest in valuation of early stage companies and intangible assets. He specialises in providing valuations for businesses in a variety of industries. Graham is a Vice President of the ASA's International Virtual Chapter, he also sits on the IIBV's Educational Committee.
Cliff Ang
Clifford Ang is an Executive Vice President at Compass Lexecon based in Oakland and Chicago.
Clifford Ang specialises in valuing businesses & hard-to-value assets and analysing complex financial statement issues. He has worked on hundreds of engagements involving firms across a broad spectrum of industries concerning a wide range of financial and economic issues, such as appraisals, complex asset pricing, solvency, lost profits, securities, market efficiency, loss causation, and damages.
He was previously Vice President for Finance at a real estate development firm, where he was in charge of accounting and corporate finance and was responsible for financial planning & analysis (FP&A), working capital management, capital budgeting, and investments.
Ang also teaches the equity and bond valuation courses in DataCamp, an interactive learning platform for data science. Previously, he has held teaching appointments at several universities, the last of which was at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois where he taught investments.
He is the author of Applied Valuation: A Pragmatic Approach (DeGruyter) and Analyzing Financial Data and Implementing Financial Models Using R (Springer). He has also published several practitioner-oriented valuation articles. In 2017, his articles on the size premium and debt betas/beta unlevering formulas were the two highest rated articles on NACVA’s QuickRead.

P. Dermot O'Neill
P. Dermot O’Neill is a CPA, ABV, CVA, MAFF, ABAR has been in public practice for over 40 years.
Dermot’s practice concentrates in business valuation, forensic accounting, and damages measurement primarily in a litigation environment. He has testified as an expert in trials or arbitrations in Federal Bankruptcy Court, Federal District Court, Chancery Court of Delaware and ten states.
Dermot is an adjunct lecturer in Business Valuation at Rider University College of Business Administration, Graduate Studies. He has lectured on business valuation at Drexel University LeBow College of Business, Widener University and Lehigh University Graduate School of Business.

Ahmad Zubir Zahid
Ahmad Zubir Zahid is the Managing Partner of Value Advisors PLT, a forensic accounting and litigation support services firm where he specialises in business valuation. Prior to setting up Value Advisors PLT, he has in excess of nine years’ experience within the offshore oil and gas industry and over a decade in the financial services industry as a management consultant, investment banker and auditor with Ethos Consulting, ECM Libra, CIMB Investment Bank and PwC, respectively.
Zubir is also the Managing Partner of Zubir Chang & Co. PLT, an audit and business advisory services firm which he incorporated in 2018. Since 2017, he has been an Executive Director of Thinkat Advisory Sdn Bhd, a corporate finance advisory firm licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”).
He holds several qualifications in the field of business valuation: He is an Accredited Valuation Institute Analyst (AVIA) of Business Valuation Institute UK (“BVIUK”), an Accredited Member (AM) of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) of the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore (“IVAS”), and a Business Valuation Specialist with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (“CAANZ”).
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in the United States of America. He was conferred a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting by the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom in 1996. He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”) and also holds the Corporate Finance Qualification (CF) of the ICAEW. He has been an Associate (ACA) of CAANZ since 2013 and is also a Forensic Accounting Specialist with CAANZ. Zubir is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (“ACFE”).
Since January 2022, Zubir has been an Independent, Non-Executive Director (“INED”) of Westports Holdings Berhad (“Westports”) where he is both the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Risk Committee. He was previously an INED of Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (“MRT Corp”) for five years, between April 2016 to March 2021.
