David Foster, BVIUK David Foster is the CEO of Business Valuation Resources, the premier provider of market data, professional education and research for the business valuation and related professions. Prior to BVR, David was the President of IOMA (New York, NY). He founded IOMA in 1982, and sold it to the Bureau of National Affairs in 1998, staying on as President through 2005. David is also on the board of Copyright Clearance Center, the world's largest rights management organisation.	Magdalena Antrobus Magdalena is a Founder and the CEO of Business Valuation Institute UK (BVIUK). She is also a Chartered Psychologist, accredited by The British Psychological Society (BPS), a member of Division of Academics, Researchers, and Teachers in Psychology (DARTP), and a Doctor in Philosophy of Mind (University of Birmingham).	Graham Antrobus Graham Antrobus (BFP, FCA, CTA, CBV, AM) of Bruce Sutherland &Co is an experienced business valuer, with particular interest in valuation of early stage companies and intangible assets. He specialises in providing valuations for businesses in a variety of industries and advising clients on financial and strategic decisions.
Andrew Strickland Andrew Strickland of Scrutton Bland, Chartered Accountants, specialises in corporate finance and business valuation. Andrew is a member of the Valuation Committee of the ICAEW and its subject matter expert. Andrew has undertaken a large number of business valuation assignments in respect of shareholder disputes and also in respect of divorce. He also works on fiscal valuations for a variety of tax purposes.	Mike Blake Mike Blake (CFA, ASA, ABAR, BCA) of Brady Ware Arpeggio, specialises in the valuation of intellectual property-driven firms, such as software firms, aerospace firms, and professional services firms, most frequently in the capacity as a transaction advisor, helping clients obtain great outcomes from complex transaction opportunities. Additionally, he is a specialist in the appraisal of intellectual properties as stand-alone assets, such as software, trade secrets, and patents.	Hafiz Imtiaz Hafiz Imtiaz Ahmad received his Ph.D degree with a specialization in finance from University of Lille, France in 2011. He graduated with a “mention très honorable avec félicitations unanimes du jury.” His domain of research includes equity valuation specifically residual income and abnormal earnings in the context of emerging markets.
Shan Kennedy Shân Kennedy is a Chartered Accountant and recognised expert in IFRS, UK GAAP and valuation issues. Her background includes 20 years working for a Big 4 practice, with 4 years at the then Accounting Standards Board as the Project Director responsible for Goodwill and Intangible Asset accounting and the associated Impairment Review - her work is embedded in relevant current UK GAAP and IFRS. She is regularly engaged by clients to provide valuation advice in the context of financial reporting.	Roger Grabowski Roger J. Grabowski, FASA Roger J. Grabowski is a managing director in Kroll’s Valuation Advisory Services practice. Prior to joining Kroll, Mr. Grabowski was a managing director at Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting practice, a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and at one of its predecessor firms where he founded its U.S. Valuation practice and managed the Real Estate Appraisal practice.	Josh Shilts Josh Shilts is president of Shilts CPA, PLLC. Josh's practice is focused on assisting attorneys, individuals and businesses with complex financial matters and disputes.
Ashok Abbott Ashok B. Abbott is an Associate Professor of Finance at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. He has also taught at the Graduate school of Credit and Financial Management held at Dartmouth and Stanford University. Professor Abbott received his MBA in Finance at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1984, which was followed by a Ph.D. in finance also at VPI&SU, in 1987.	James Harrington James P. Harrington is a director in Kroll Digital Valuation Solutions practice, based in Chicago. James provides technical support on client engagements involving cost of capital and business valuation matters and is a leading contributor to Kroll’ efforts in the development of studies, surveys, online content and tools and firmwide valuation models.	Carla Nunes Carla S. Nunes, CFA, ABV is a Managing Director in the Office of Professional Practice of Kroll and a Kroll Institute Fellow. In addition, Carla is the Global Leader of Kroll's Valuation Digital Solutions group, which produces cost of capital thought leadership content and data housed in the Cost of Capital Navigator online platform.
Anton Lezhja, ASA, MRICS, CF iiBV - CHAIR OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS Anton is a Director in the Financial Advisory Services Department of Deloitte in Central Europe servicing the Valuation and Modelling service lines in the region.He is a Senior Accredited Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers, a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds the Corporate Finance qualification given by the ICAEW.	Michael Badham,CPA, CA, CBV, CF iiBV - Executive Director Michael is the Managing Director of the Georgian Angel Network, a not-for-profit organisation whose members make angel investments in businesses seeking capital to commercialise and scale their transformational innovations.Michael is an accomplished senior executive, with over 40 years of success leading transactions in a wide range of sectors, across Canada.	Ray Moran,ASA, MRICS iiBV - CHAIR MARKETING COMMITTEE Ray serves as Managing Director in the FON Valuation Services group. Prior to joining FON, he was the CEO of MG Valuation, a firm operating in 17 countries worldwide. He specialises in valuations for cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and valuations in the Americas, Asia/Pacific and Europe.
Chris Mercer Z. Christopher Mercer is the Founder and Chairman of Mercer Capital. Chris began his valuation career in the late 1970s. He has prepared, overseen, or contributed to hundreds of valuations for purposes related to tax, ESOPs, buy-sell agreements, and litigation, among others. In addition, he has served on the boards of directors of several private companies and one public company. He enjoys working with business owners to address ownership transition issues.	Sandra Mossios Sandra is a Partner in EY’s Valuation, Modelling & Economics team in London, where she leads the Contentious Valuations and Damages practice. An expert in business valuation and damages with over 20 years experience globally across all dispute resolution forums.She also sits on the International Valuation Standards Council Standards Review Board, is the UK Senior Vice President of the American Society of Appraisers, and is the founder and author of leading M&A annual yearbook.	Brien Jones Brien Jones is the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President for the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and Global Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (GACVA). He has served the organization and profession since 1997. With more than 7,000 members worldwide, NACVA\|GACVA is the largest member and credentialing association exclusively serving the global business valuation and financial forensic profession.
Roger Loh Roger Loh Kit Seng is the Director at Mazars Malaysia, providing firm-wide technical guidance on various financial modelling, valuation and financial reporting issues. He was involved in multiple valuation assignments for various industries, including consumer, energy, financial services, healthcare, infrastructure, luxury, real estate, technology, and transport & logistics.	Dennis Webb Dennis A. Webb, MAI, ASA, FRICS, is a business valuer and real estate appraiser, former syndicator, and engineer. His 30-year multidisciplinary practice includes the business of holding and operating real estate, allocating value to special-use real estate, and business valuation. His focus is on technology to address “hard-to-value” asset valuation that has long proved vexing for appraisers, advisors, the courts, and property owners alike.	Jim Alerding Jim Alerding has over 45 years of experience working with businesses in consulting matters and over 30 years of experience working with complex valuation and litigation support matters. He was one of the three individuals selected by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants task force that wrote the Statement on Standards for Valuation Services issued in 2008 that provides the valuation standards for the AICPA's 300,000+ members.Jim is the inductee in the AICPA BV Hall of Fame.
Nene Glenn Gianfala Nene Glenn Gianfala, CPA/ABV/CEIV/ASA-BV/IA, is a Vice President of the Valuation Advisory group at Chaffe & Associates, Inc. She has over 15 years of experience in business and intangible asset valuations. Nene provides valuation services to public and private companies for estate, gift and income tax planning, financial reporting, corporate planning, employee stock ownership plans and litigation.	Gary Trugman Gary R. Trugman, CPA/ABV, FASA, MVS is the President of Trugman Valuation Associates Inc., a business valuation and economic damages firm with offices in Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Florida, and is designated as an Accredited Business Valuer by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) and a Fellow Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation by The American Society of Appraisers.	Hanna Murina Hanna Murina is a finance professional with a diverse background spanning investment banking, corporate finance, commercial banking, financial sector regulation and financial consulting. Her well-rounded education includes degrees from the Ukrainian Banking Academy, Northumbria University, NaUKMA, and EERC, as well as ongoing PhD studies at Kyiv National Economic University. Hanna earned her CFA charter in 2008, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in the field.
Cliff Ang Clifford S. Ang, CFA, is an Executive Vice President at Compass Lexecon, where he specialises in valuing businesses & hard-to-value assets and analysing complex financial statement issues.	Theresa Zeidler Theresa Zeidler, ASA, is a Practice Director in Valuations at KNAV US. She has over 20 years of experience conducting business and asset valuations. Theresa manages complex business valuations and intangible asset appraisals for asset-based lenders and supports corporate and ownership needs, including financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and estate and gift tax management.Theresa is a member of the American Society of Appraisers’ Board of Governors.	Ascanio Salvidio Ascanio Salvidio (ODCEC, ASA, FRICS) is a business and intangible assets valuer providing valuation services in a variety of industries as well for Italian civil and criminal courts. As member of the Management Board of the Italian valuation standard setter (OIV), he has contributed to the drafting of the first edition, issued in 2015, of national valuation standards. He also sits in the Business Valuation Committee of the Italian National Board of Chartered Accountants.
Mark Zyla Mark L. Zyla is a Managing Director of Zyla Valuation Advisors, LLC, an Atlanta Georgia based valuation and litigation consultancy firm. Additionally, Mark is a Lecturer in the Department of Finance at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin where he teaches a course on Advanced Valuation for Consultants.Mark is the former Chairman of the Standards Review Board of the IVSC.In 2013, he was inducted into the AICPA Business Valuation Hall of Fame.	William Thomsen William Thomsen (ASA, CFA) has over 25 years of experience providing business valuations and economic analysis across a broad range of industries. Mr. Thomsen’s experience encompasses the valuation of interests in closely held corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and other entities and assets for estate tax planning, strategic consulting, exit and succession planning, financial reporting, transaction advisory, and litigation purposes.	Rommel Johnson Rommel is a Partner in EY’s Financial Services Valuation, Modelling & Economics (VME) team in London, serving corporate clients and financial investors in the insurance, fintech, and broader financial services sectors. He advises EY clients on valuation matters in the context of strategic, capital-raising, transaction-related, regulatory, tax, and financial reporting considerations.
Upasak Shah Mr. Upasak Shah is the Co-Founder and Director of Knowcraft Analytics. He has an extensive background with 15+ years’ experience in providing business valuation including M&S, gift & estate taxes, 409(A), purchase price allocation, mark to market for large portfolios, embedded derivatives, intellectual property, complex securities for companies spanning technology, life sciences, and various other industries. He was nominated for 40 Under 40 by NACVA and is a Director of ACVA, the India Chapter	Dermot O'Neill P. Dermot O’Neill is a CPA, ABV, CVA, MAFF, ABAR, AVIA and has been in public practice for over 40 years. Dermot’s practice concentrates in business valuation, forensic accounting, and damages measurement primarily in a litigation environment. He has testified as an expert in trials or arbitrations in Federal Bankruptcy Court, Federal District Court, Chancery Court of Delaware and ten states.	Greg Endicott Greg Endicott is the Managing Director of Strategic Value Group, LLC, a US based firm providing business valuation and related consulting services in the areas of healthcare, emerging technology and financial reporting. Mr. Endicott is also the President of Valuevision, Inc., developing workflow solutions for valuators. Greg is a (CPA), accredited in business valuation (ABV), an accredited senior appraiser (ASA), and obtained the Certified in Entity and Intangible Valuations credentials.
Wojciech Krynski Managing Partner in Ground Frost, a consultancy focused on transaction services with particular emphasis on valuations including business, intangible assets and financial instruments valuations. With over 25 years of experience in the field of valuations and IFRS reporting, he provides advice to investors and businesses throughout Central and Eastern Europe.	Drew Dorweiler Drew is a Managing Director at IJW & Co., a boutique investment bank headquartered in Montreal, Canada, with offices in the United States. He is the firm's Valuation Practice Leader & Director of Asian Operations. Drew possesses 40 years of professional experience, having valued several thousand companies for business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, fairness opinion, financial reporting & litigation-support mandates on a global basis.	Garrett Schwartz Garrett Schwartz, ASA, CEA, is a senior equipment appraiser and a managing partner of Sencer Appraisal Associates, which has offices across the United States. He holds an Accredited Senior Appraiser designation from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) with a specialty in Machinery & Equipment and a Certified Equipment Appraiser designation from the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers. He currently serves as the ASA International President.
Robert Schlegel Robert C. Schlegel, FASA, MCBA, a Principal at Houlihan Valuation Advisors, specialises in business appraisal, marital and partnership dissolutions, estate planning, and forensic accounting. With expertise acknowledged in Federal and Indiana courts, he's authored numerous publications on valuation. His extensive background includes technical systems work, military service, and academia. Rob holds designations as a Master Certified Business Appraiser and Accredited Senior Appraiser.	Fiona-Hotston-Moore Fiona Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990. Fiona is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and also a Chartered Tax Adviser. She is a member of the Academy of Experts , trained as a Single Joint Expert and an Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist.Fiona has been instructed as an expert in approximately 400 cases in her career to date.In addition to acting as Single Joint Expert, Fiona acts as Party Expert, Shadow Adviser and in Expert Determinations.	Fernando Da Cruz Vasconcellos Dr Fernando Da Cruz Vasconcellos, PhD, MRICS is Valuation Director, Investment Strategy and Valuation, at Valuation Consulting based in London. He specialises in the valuation of investment portfolios, alternative investments and ventures. Fernando has extensive experience in the valuation for investment, share incentive schemes/growth shares, M&A and Expert Witness.Fernando’s primarily focus is on Portfolio Valuations for the reporting purpose and for monitoring of performance of investments.
David Haigh David is the Chairman of Brand Finance Plc – the world’s leading brand valuation consultancy. He has worked in the area of branded business, brand, and intangible asset valuation since 1991. He specialised entirely in the field after becoming the Director of Brand Valuation for Interbrand in 1995. He subsequently left Interbrand in 1996 to launch Brand Finance which is celebrating 25 years in business this year.
